At True Care Medical Therapy Center we are committed to serving children, adults and their families. Our mission is to provide quality evidence based Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy services to meet our patients needs.

We believe that every child should have the resources to maximize independence as they grow from infancy to adulthood. At True Care we have resources and programs to grow with your child. This allows us to continue working together after the age of 21.

We believe every individual is differant and therefore needs a differant treatment plan to meet their goals. We believe strongly in pain management and our patients ability to train to control their pain.

Our staff actively pursues clinical skills that are keeping with the latest research. Our goal is to restore or improve physical health and increase independence through therapeutic activities, education, and prevention. We strive to be active members of our community and provide resources, recommendations and support whenever needed
