Ida Haxton, P.T.

I am the physical therapist and owner of True Care Medical Therapy Center. I am a graduate of The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. My experience as a physical therapist before entering private practice includes three years as the Director of Rehabilitation in a hospital rehab center and eight years experience working exclusively with children and their families within the school setting.

After my experience working with children and seeing a need, I wanted to provide services specifically for the pediatric population. In my quest to find new and useful tools to work with children I came upon Myofascial Release. A manual therapy technique that has proven over and over again to be effective for a broad spectrum of conditions including chronic pain. I can honestly say that I am doing what I love! I enjoy working with each individual that I encounter no matter what the need is. Having my own practice and helping people is truly a blessing!
