Melanie Kiehm O.T.

Hello! My name is Melanie Kiehm. I am very excited to be joining the staff at True Care Medical Therapy Center. It has always been my passion to work with pediatrics and I enjoy the opportunity to work with adults as well.

I grew up in Cook Minnesota and graduated from the Cook High School. Wanting to stay in the area, I chose to attend Mesabi Community College in Virginia Minnesota and The College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth Minnesota. I have an Associates of Arts, Bachelors of Science and Masters of Occupational Therapy. I have 12 years of experiance working with a variety of patients in the field. 

I had known from a young age that I wanted to be an Occupational Therapist. My sister received OT services for a number of years. During that time, I was able to see how much OT helped her improve her life skills. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to help her learn while playing. What more could a person ask for in a job!
